These area summary of the key terms and conditions of Oxford Music and Dance Camp

1. Your children are your responsibility at all times
2. You attend and participate in all events, workshop and activities at your own risk, please be concuss of your own well being at all times.
3. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the water area, showers, and wood area, unless accompanied by a responsible adult at any time. Please don't let your children play in the identified areas.
4. No dogs are allows on site at any time, you will be asked to leave if you have a dog with you, or located close to the camp.

Cancelations and refunds.

Due to the nature of the camp, that is not for profit. We have to operate a strict refund and cancelation policy.

A deposit non - refundable of £40 per booking per adult person (£20 per child 0-16 years) for the full week and £20 for weekends,  will be required at the time of booking. The balance to be paid in full  before 17th July. If not received by that date your ticket maybe resold at a discount and no refund given.  contact Don for details 07768 796497 or any questions.

Oxford Music and Dance Camp is small and friendly: to book your place complete the booking application form. 

A discount is available if full payment is received before the advertised dates (data of posting is used for discounting, post early)

Further details regarding the site and camping arrangements will be sent on receipt of full payment 

Note discount applies if full payment is received by shown dates (postal date will be used as proof of discount) to claim the discount, or no discount will apply and full amount will have to be paid.

Cancelations

Due to the nature of the camp and the booking commitment it represents it is imposible to offer full refunds in case of cancelation. In case of cancelation 2 weeks before the camp start date 70% of the booking fee will be refundable. If cancelation is after the date 2 weeks before camp start date only 50% of the booking fee paid. The application for refund must be in writing and sent recorded delivery 1st class . The date of postage will then be taken as the date of application for refund.

If the camp has to close early after it has started due to any circumstances what so ever, no refund can be given.

If the camp can not open after reasonable efforts by the organisers for what ever reason, or is cancelled, up to 60% of the booking fee paid maybe refunded after all associated costs have been accounted for. Every reasonable effort would be made to refund everyone equally and on a far basis after costs have been assessed. 

Application for refunds in case of cancellation must be made in writing by the booking person. No automatic refund process will operate.
